Coach Jeremy J. Ulmer's Story

In college, I started a woman's self-defense program and enjoyed the success of impacting people's lives and helping them gain confidence. I quickly realized that the marketing and sales aspects of business came naturally to me, so I sought out additional jobs to test my skills. I started selling siding and windows door-to-door during college for a small business. In 2 months, I was leading a group of 8 sales professionals and asked to train them on sales techniques.

I went on to join one of the most highly regarded sales companies, Xerox Corporation, right out of college. I received some of the best sales training in the US and in just 7 months I was the top performer. I quickly out performed my peers and people asked me for guidance at the young age of 22. 

I then moved on to the largest logistics company in the world, DHL Express, where for three separate years, I was the #1 sales performer in the entire US.

After nearly a decade working at Fortune 500 companies, I needed to broaden my experience, so I joined a start-up company that focused on outsourcing sales, where I reported to the CEO. 

I directed all sales and business development efforts and it greatly enhanced my coaching, motivation, leadership, and business planning skills. During this time, I developed sales plans, strategies for clients, and built and designed their sales departments from scratch. I then managed the sales team entirely and delivered the client sales results.

To broaden my experience in the world of coaching, I next joined an established small business that focused on coaching and consulting for top performing real estate sales agents. I led all of their sales and marketing efforts and soon, after getting a taste for how coaching can change people's lives, I wanted to do it on my own. 

I went on to study at a premier coach-training institute where I learned professional coaching skills and studied intensively the behavioral science of coaching. My drive to provide the best possible service, at whatever I do, translates to all aspects of my career and has helped me become a highly skilled coach for my clients. It is my passion to help others maximize their potential to achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations. 

In my coaching practice I bring all of my experiences to my clients. I am a genuine, positive, experienced, caring professional, who loves to coach and help my clients achieve incredible results.

When I am not coaching, I always find myself in constant motion.  I love working out, playing various sports, taking long bike rides, and dancing salsa!
